STEP 03Preparation of designs/specifications sheets
We consider the products/materials/techniques required by the customer and propose designs/specification shteets.
STEP 04Sample production
Based on the design/specifications, we produce samples that enable customers to check the product in a nearly complete form.
STEP 05Product quality inspection
To ensure that standards for dye quality, durability, and safety are met, the manufacturing process is checked and materials inspected in advance.
STEP 06Estimates
We ask customers about factors such as order quantity and shipment terms before presenting a final estimate.
STEP 07Order is confirmed/production commences
Our Head Office formulates a schedule while controlling the delivery deadline, and production commences.
STEP 08Final inspection
Product quality is checked prior to shipping.
